I just got this TV about 2 weeks ago. It was so easy to install it took me all of 5 mins to have it up an running. The picture and sound are great.
 Very bad monitor June 17, 2010

This review is on the monitor section of this guy. I have many monitors, and this one is definitely the worst. There is no resolution that will make this guy look crisp. I have tried both the VGA and the HDMI connectors, Windows XP and Windows 7. No dice. Windows XP as well as windows 7 default (and recommend) that the monitor should work at 1280x720, which is a disaster for a 19 inch monitor. You try to switch it to anything more reasonable like 1440x900 and the monitor insists on going all the way up to 1920x1080 which is HDTV, but then again the picture quality is blurry.
If you're looking for a dual-use TV and Monitor, do not waste your money, obviously the computer interface of this guy is of very bad quality. I have Samsung T260HD which granted is 26 inches, but is also a dual use TV + Monitor and that guy is fantastic. So, if you want a dual-use save your pennies and get something good not this bad quality thing.

This is a great TV for any space! The sound, the picture...I am very happy with everything since this is my first flat screen TV purchase. It's much bigger than I thought it would be. I highly recommend it to anyone. The only one complaint I have is that I recently signed up for Direct TV and it is not compatible, so I have to use both remotes, one to change the channels and one for the sound and the on/off function. That's a little annoying. But other than that, a great TV at a great price!

I bought this to watch tv in bedroom. It has a good picture and the sound is okay. It is kind of cheaply made I worry about the coax coming off. The remote feels like it is going to break soon. I tried 2 different universal remotes but neither worked. Its not too bad for the price.
